• “Secure Deposit” of 30% of the total amount of the stay required at the time of booking as prepayment.
• Remaining Balance to be paid 20 days prior to arrival.
Please note:
• By choosing 30% PREPAY “GUARANTEED PRICE” in case of a your unexpected event you will receive from Villa Fiorentino one “Credit Voucher”.
We will issue a “VILLA FIORENTINO CREDIT VOUCHER” for you ,equal the amount as follow:
• In case you paid the 30% deposit, your “Credit voucher” will be equal to the 30% of the total amount of the stay.
• In case you paid the balance, your “Credit Voucher” will be equal to the total amount of reservation.
You could use the “CREDIT VOUCHER” for one future reservation.
The Credit Voucher will have 12 months of validity.
Important note:
• In case the booking takes place less than 20 days the actual arrival date, the total amount (100%) of stay will be charged at the time of booking.
• The total amount will be Not Refundable only in case of No-show or early departure.
