BENEFITS
The hamam, also called Turkish bath prevents and fights against muscle pain, by the important sweating it helps for the elimination of toxins and excess fluids, unblocks the airways. The immediate feeling of relax and wellness is a real refreshing therapy for the soul by which you forget about the stress and tension. The temperature is about 40-45º C. The recommended stay is between 10 and 15 minutes. It is good to alternate the session with a refreshing shower and remain in a lying position, and at the end of the steam bath to drink a cup of herbal tea for recovery of the lost fluids.
The Spa has only one therapist in operation: For couples or larger groups, treatments are carried out one person at a time, whilst the remaining guests await their turn, for example, at the mirror-glass Jacuzzi.
